On July 31, according to the latest foreign trade data released by Vietnam Customs, in June, Vietnam exported 123,361 tons of oil worth $99.4 million, down 38.8% and 39.6% in value and volume respectively compared with May.

Since then, in the first half of this year, Vietnam has exported more than 1.1 million tons of oil abroad, worth $961.6 million, with a volume and value increase of 1.03% and 2.6% respectively compared with the same period last year.

So the question is: which countries does Vietnam export so much oil to?

Wang Ye said that Finance noticed that in the first half of this year, Cambodia was the largest importer of Vietnamese oil and petroleum products, with an import volume of 222,903 tons and a value of $183.4 million, down 29.7% and 31.3% respectively.

South Korea ranked second with an import value of $120.4 million, up 33.8% and 39.3% respectively; China ranked third with an import volume of 116,388 tons and a value of $108.6 million, up 36.5% and 35.1% respectively.
